Product Description
The Starrett S565PC is an eight-piece steel drive pin punch set that is used to drive pins into or out of a workpiece. The set includes pin punches with the following diameters: 1/16", 3/32", 1/8", 5/32", 3/16", 7/32", 1/4", and 5/16". Each pin punch is made from hardened, tempered steel and has a knurled finger grip. Each measures 4 in length and has its diameter stamped on the head. The set comes in a protective vinyl case with labeled pockets for organization. Pin punches are used to place or knock out pins and rivets in workpieces, where they are frequently used to attach a part to a rotating shaft. They have a cylindrical body to hold and drive the smaller diameter, flat-ended tip into the workpiece. The L.S. Starrett Company manufactures precision measuring tools, metrology and testing equipment, and saw blade products. The company was founded in 1880 and is headquartered in Athol, MA. Whats in the Box?
