The PCT-TT torque tool is used in the home for consumer electronics (such as TV's Set Top Converters, Modems, etc.) It tightens F-Connection to between 10 and 12 pounds of torque vs. "finger tight", which typically produces just 1-3 pounds of torque. Allows consistent torque to be applied to F-Connections regardless of the installer.
