How to use: Sonoma Lavender's blankies can be put in the microwave for two minutes at high heat. Fold, with cover on, into the smallest shape and place in microwave. At the end of two minutes, remove the blankie. If you feel it needs more warmth, heat for an additional minute. Do not exceed four minutes in the microwave. Wrap blankie around you like a shawl, lay on top of it or use it as a cover. The heat will relax tight muscles, soothe aches and pains and provide wonderful lavender aromatherapy.
