Panacur C Green Dog Granules are typically used to treat hookworms, roundworms, tapeworms (Taeniid Tapeworms and Taenia Tapeworms), and whipworms in dogs. It is used by veterinarians to treat other parasites as well. The usual dose for dogs is one packet, based on weight, given once a day for 3 consecutive days. The medication can be mixed with a small amount of the animals usual food. Dry dog food may require slight moistening to allow for proper mixing. Availability- Fenbendazole is available over the counter (OTC) as granules in three packs of 1Gm packets, 2Gm packets or 4Gm packets. How this medicine should be used- Fenbendazole is FDA approved for use in dogs only. The usual dose for dogs, based on weight using the chart below, is given once a day for 3 consecutive days.
