Stainless steel Vietnamese single-cup brewer (called a Phin), 4 piece kit with instructions for making traditional Cafe Sua Da. This filter is perfect for brewing a single cup of intense, delicious coffee in the traditional way.

This 11-ounce filter brews a cup of small mug size, with a net volume of 10-11 ounces after some absorption of water by the coffee grounds. When guests visit, give them the authentic coffeehouse experience by using a separate filter and cup for each person and adding sweetened condensed milk. Grade 2 extra-strong stainless steel. The "gravity insert" does not require adjustment while brewing and is simpler and easier to use than the traditional screw-down insert.
