It features three stages of cleaning: a washable pre-filter, a HEPA filter (to capture dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores and other airborne pollutants) and a layer of activated carbon to reduce light odors. The Alen T100 - Desktop Air Purifier quietly circulates all of the air in a 125 sq. ft. space more than twice per hour on the highest speed. Includes one replaceable HEPA-Fresh filter to remove dust and allergens. Other filters (sold separately) target VOCs, germs and smoke/heavy odors. Replace filter every 6-12 months depending on usage.
