Pagani was created thanks to the entrepreneurial skills of Arturo Pagani and his wife Anna who started making home-made pasta in Vimercate.

THE TWENTIES

The Twenties allow the company to specialise in long-life filled pasta that, thanks to the ability to preserve it at room temperature, is then distributed throughout Italy, thus expanding the existing limited market.

THE SIXTIES

Enrico and Gianfranco, sons of Mrs. Pagani - now a widow - further drive this specialisation.

They start building a new plant in the Eighties with techniques that were extremely innovative at the time and still now stands out for its efficiency and innovation.

TODAY

Now at the third generation with Paolo and Alessandro, the company is present in over 15 countries, with products characterised by exclusive fillings and shapes, not only distributed with the PAGANI trademark but also with other prestigious labels.
