The tools are sanded, primed, decoratively painted, and packaged. Each tool comes in a corrugated cardboard box which slides into a PVC outer sleeve to allow clear visibility of the product. Tucked inside is a package of basil seeds, filled and packed by the special needs students. The seed packets encourage consumers to utilize the cardboard as the medium for growing the seeds.
