This is a 3-part series where you will learn all about key camera controls - what they are, and more importantly, how to use them to get great shots. On months with five Saturdays, we offer an additional fourth class to inform you of new and classic lighting options to perfect your shots. $14.95 reserves your seat and is refunded back to you on a pictureline gift card. This is the fourth, and additional installment of our "Getting to Know Your Camera" classes. In this course, we will discuss the following subjects: Available Light - Learn how to use ambient light to your advantage, how to diffuse harsh daylight, and how to manipulate light with reflectors. On-Camera Flash - Understand the control settings on your on-camera flash and how to bounce light properly for appropriately-lit subjects. Light Modifiers - Umbrellas, Diffusers, Softboxes, and more can be used in conjunction with your strobe and continuous light sources to flexibly direct light to your creative desire.
