The Zipato Split Core Current Transformer is used for energy monitoring in conjunction with the Zipato Power Expansion Module (sold separately). The transformer allows the module to sense the current of monitored channels via clamps. The small, lightweight transformer features a nylon spring, secure locking hinge, and one-touch design for easy installation. It also has built-in over-voltage protection. NOTE: Use only the original output screws. If you impact the core contact surface, the internal core material could be damaged.
