Control a curtain or projection screen relay and motor using this Z-Wave® Curtain Signal Module from Monoprice! Z-Wave is an interoperable, two-way RF mesh networking technology used for home automation and security. AC-powered and some other hard-wired Z-Wave devices act as signal repeaters for the Z-Wave network, so multiple devices result in more possible transmission routes, which helps eliminate RF "dead spots" in the network. Any Z-Wave enabled device displaying the Z-Wave logo can be used with Z-Wave devices from other manufacturers. This low-current module converts Z-Wave commands into Open, Close, and Stop signals to control a relay attached to a curtain or projection screen motor. It is designed for control only and requires the use of a separate power relay. It operates at 12 VDC with only 25mA of current and, unlike many other control modules, supports Stop signals, as well as the more common Open and Close signals. This module supports FLiRS.
