Founded by Jean Henaff in 1907, this family business enjoys the premiere position in France. Today grandson Jean-Jacques claims the key has been strict adherence to family tradition and the use of the most premium ingredients. Only family members know the exact recipe that is still kept secret for more than a century. Henaff is the only French pork pate producer approved by USDA. Henaff uses only prime pigs from local farms and traditional finished recipes. All meat from our slaughterhouse is used fresh, on the same day, mainly to produce the famous Hnaff Pt. All the pigs come from Brittany and are from the same breed: a mix of Large White and Landrace, for the quality of its meat. This quality is fostered by means of a balanced diet, not hormones or antibiotics. Henaff Pork Pate de Campagne is excellent served on toast or crackers and paired with cheese and wine.
