The TurboChef NGC-1290 solid cooking basket is a replacement part that is suitable for use with compatible TurboChef ovens. The basket fits TurboChef models C3, Encore, High H Batch, High H Batch 2, i3, i5, and Tornado. It is coated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) to keep food from sticking. The basket has a solid bottom to contain juices and stiff sides to prevent spills. It measures 12 x 12 x 1 inches (L x W x H). (L is length, the horizontal distance from left to right; W is width, the horizontal distance from front to back; H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point.) This replacement part is approved by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
