The CamRanger Wireless Transmitter for Nikon and Canon DSLR cameras creates a Wi-Fi network, enabling you to wirelessly control your camera and share your images via a mobile device, eliminating the need for a computer or existing internet connection. Using the CamRanger, you can remotely access your camera's settings, live view, intervalometer, bulb mode, and HDR bracketing. You can also adjust shutter speed, aperture, white balance, ISO, metering mode, drive/shooting mode, exposure compensation, and more, all with the free CamRanger iOS app. The CamRanger's ad-hoc Wi-Fi network has an effective wireless range of 150', and slow connections may be maintained at 300 feet. The CamRanger operates on a rechargeable battery that offers about 3-6 hours of battery life, although 11 hours can be achieved for your intervalometer with no iOS device connected. You can charge your CamRanger with the provided USB charging cable and US AC adapter. The CamRanger also comes with an Ethernet cable for firmware upgrades. Toggle on "Client Mode" to remove camera controls from the iOS device.
