The Avian Haven is a unique, patent-pending hut that hangs over your bird's existing perch, enabling your bird to rest and sleep in a natural perching position. Unlike other huts on the market, the Avian Haven does not have a fabric floor for your bird to catch a foot or toe in, which is a documented cause of injury and death to pet birds. Research shows that parrots benefit mentally and emotionally from having a place of privacy in their cage to escape to, rest, nap, or sleep, additionally, many birds enjoy having something soft to snuggle up against. The Avian Haven hut gives your bird both. Our attractive hut has four sides like a human house, with a chimney on top and a window design on the side, and an open bottom that accommodates tail feathers of any length. Over the large arched doorway is a sign proclaiming Home Sweet Home. Inside the Avian Haven hut, your parrot will find a back wall of snuggle-able, thick-pile Sherpa that provides a plush place to sleep and relax against.
