Specialty Cookware - Adding savory North African-style cooking to your menu is remarkably effortless with the Staub Cast Iron Chicken Tagine. Delivering superb heat retention, the cast iron base and ceramic dome lid slow-simmer poultry and fruit, stews, couscous and rice deliciously tender and infused with spices. The Moroccan tagine base features the Staub signature black rough texture interior for exceptional heating and durability. The cone-shaped lid creates a seal to condense and circulate moisture throughout the foods that are gradually braised to savory full flavors.
