Easy Operation:

Place the slicer on a stable, even, dry surface.

Connect the slicer to the mains and turn the switch Part #5 (See in the picture) to "-".

Adjust the cutting thickness using the control #8.

Place the food on the carriage #3 and , using the pusher #1, gently push it against the slice thickness guide #7.

Start up the machine by pressing the safety button #6 and move the carriage with the food towards the blade #4, taking care to keep your fingers away from the blade.

For the slicer to perform correctly, even pressure should be used. Do not press excessively on the blade.

When you have finished slicing, unplug the slicer. For your safety and for blade protection, align the slicer thickness guide #7 with the blade #4.
