From the Manufacturer: HARDMAN Double Bubble Purple-Label Wet-surface & Underwater setting Epoxy 04003 is a two-component, room temperature cure epoxy adhesive designed with a unique feature: it will not only adhere to wet surfaces, but it will also set underwater. It can be used with fiberglass tape as a bonding filler and has good resistance to exterior exposure. The system contains no solvents and is virtually non-shrinking. HARDMAN Double Bubble Purple-Label Wet-surface & Underwater setting Epoxy 04003 is recommended for the following surfaces: Fiberglass, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Other Epoxy Finishes, Glass, China, Crystal, and other fine surfaces. TYPICAL USES HARDMAN Wet-Surface-Patching Epoxy can be used as a wet crack sealant and plumbing patch. It can also be used to repair gutters, battery cases and boats.
