Fits easily into smaller brew kettles. 25' copper tubing. It is important to cool beer (wort) to yeast pitching temperature in the shortest possible time. By putting a wort chiller into a brew kettle at the end of the boil and running cool water through the chiller, it is possible to cool the wort below 80 degrees in 12 to 15 minutes. This reduces the lag time between the boil and active yeast fermentation. Comes with a garden hose attachment to easily hook up your wort chiller to an outdoor faucet, or use a faucet adapter to hook this unit up to an indoor sink.
