** 16 x 12 Cotton Rag Archival Print ** Born in Amsterdam and raised by an illustrator mother and musician father in the English countryside, Ruben Ireland has always had an active interest in art. Although exploring animation, photography, graphic design and illustration during college, he honed his current multi-media and digital technique after leaving university. His main aim at the time was to find a unique blend of disciplines inspired by contemporary illustration, as well as his mid to late century heroes. Ruben is currently working in San Francisco, with a range of new works to be shown at Gauntlet Gallery.
