The Swissmar Acacia Serving Board with Rectangle Cover makes for an elegant, functional and enduring addition to gourmet entertaining. The acrylic dome keeps cheeses, hors d'oeuvres, pastries and more covered as they adjust to room temperature, allowing them to develop a full flavor and texture. The serving board is made from 100 percent richly grained, dark acacia, prized for its beauty and durability. There are non-slip gripper feet on the base of the board to protect countertops from scratches and to make it easier to pick up and carry. To preserve the beauty of the wood, wipe the board with a small amount of olive oil from time to time. 6.7 inches wide by 7.9 inches long. The tray is 5 inches tall with the dome.
