Syn-ake is a neuro peptide that mimics the activity of waglerin 1, a polypeptide that is found in the venom of the temple viper snake (official title- tropidolaemus wagleri). It works to inhibit muscle contractions, to reduce the visibility of fine lines and wrinkles. Also containing vitamin e acetate, which is responsible for a number of complex protective functions within the skin. Published studies have confirmed that vitamin e acetate assists with increasing the moisturization of the skin surface, has anti-inflammatory properties, and protects against damage from free radicals. Coconut oil is naturally an excellent emollient. Deeply moisturising and soothing to dry and irritated skin, whilst still keeping a light texture, coconut oil is benefitical for all skin types.
