Fine ground pepper is not used for table application. This product is used for making blends or mixing with other spices. Coarse ground product is for table pepper usage. Don't purchase fine ground unless pepper dust is needed. Our pepper is steam sterilized for high purity & free from chemical pesticide, chemical fertilizer, irradiation or any other additives. Our peppers are grown in sustainable organic biodynamic environment.
