These half sheet baking mats are made from FDA approved food-grade silicone. All Simple Modern products are compliant with US regulations on food grade silicone, and are FDA, NSF, and Kosher certified. The material is non-toxic, it is BPA and BPP free. They are oven safe up to 480 degrees F.

Easy Clean Up

Simply wash the silicone baking sheets with soap and water or place in the top rack of the dish washer. Avoid using sharp utensils directly on the mats.

These baking sheets are both half sheet size (11 5/8 x 16 1/2 Inches). The corners have been clipped to make a great fit with most half sheet sized baking pans.
