Edible gel diamonds, made by us and packaged for you. This product comes in a variety of sizes and colors. The diamond has a rounded top. The diamonds are soft and absolutely transparent. They have the texture of gummy candy and have a light vanilla taste. They are easy to remove from the mold if chilled and can they be applied to patisserie or cake of your choice. If applying to sugar paste/icing, please use either diamond glue, confectioners glaze or egg white to protect the diamond from the water in the icing. This product should not mist over unless in a very humid environment. If misting does occur then brush the surface of the diamond with water. The mold the diamond is presented in can be re-used for your own ice diamonds.
