The Activated Carbon Filter exists in the PA-777 to both trap and eliminate odors. The carbon in this filter absorbs smells or odors such as tobacco smoke, pet odors, chemical scents, fumes, gases and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The ULPA Media Filter is the next generation of HEPA filters and is combined with the Activated Carbon and Photo Catalyst Filters. Our ULPA Media Filter is designed to trap up to 99.999% of germs, molds, bacteria, viruses, dust, pollen and any other particles that are 0.0001mm or larger.
