The standard immersion chiller will allow for cooling of hot wort to yeast pitching temperatures. The standard chiller only has one coil. The double coil incorporates and inner ring and an outer ring to the immersion chiller. This will increase the efficiency of the chiller and allows you to more quickly drop your hot wort to yeast pitching temperatures. This chiller is 25 feet of 3/8" copper tubing.
