Use and Care The Le Creuset glazed stoneware is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to better protect the finish. Before the first use, wash the pieces in hot, soapy water, and rinse and dry thoroughly. For most day-to-day cleaning, wash by hand or in the dishwasher, allowing the full cycle to complete. Never leave the stoneware fully immersed in water. Oven safe to 500 F/260 C and broiler safe. Not for use on stove top or with direct heat or flames.
