The NMC LOS4 8 piece equipped lockout center kit is a wall-mounted lockout/tagout supply station with five replaceable plastic hooks for hanging padlocks or hasps, a pocket for holding tags, and includes four plastic safety padlocks, two lockout hasps, and 10 vinyl lockout tags with fasteners to help prevent unauthorized access to energy sources during maintenance and repair. The yellow acrylic lockout center is highly visible and impact and corrosion resistant, with black and yellow text that reads "Lockout Station" to help users find lockout supplies, and has four holes for mounting on a wall (mounting hardware sold separately). The pocket for holding tags is clear plastic to display the entire front of the tag. This center is part of a lockout/tagout (LOTO) safety procedure required at facilities where devices and energy sources need multiple-person authorization to be accessed safely during maintenance and repair.
