This one-speed, 1/2 HP slicer features a totally enclosed and permanently lubricated knife motor. The finish is stainless steel and sanitary anodized aluminum. The unit disassembles quickly without tools for easy cleaning. The 14" diameter hollow-ground, hardened and polished, forged chromium-plated carbon steel knife allows precise slice adjustment to a thickness of3/4". The 45° table makes product feed easier.
