Everything from thin, thick and self-rising pizzas to pretzels, sandwiches and other food items can be prepared with ease for your quick service operation with this pizza oven. It handles pizzas up to a 16" diameter, and the 15-minute mechanical timer has a "HOLD" option. It features long life calrod heating elements, as well as a flip-up handle design for easier storage. The outer housing and grill front are made of 22 gauge, brushed 430 stainless steel. The inner housing and other parts of the oven are made from aluminized steel for corrosion protection. This oven is designed with a clean-out tray, which should be pulled out and cleaned often with warm, soapy water and then dried thoroughly. This pizza oven is not recommended for fresh dough products.
