The Gold Medal Dogeroo Hot Dog Rotisserie cooks the hotdogs using a broiler effect. As the rotisserie turns, the hotdogs pass under the broiler. This unit will hold (56) 8 to 1 hotdogs (8 per pound) and (28) 4 to 1 hotdogs (4 per pound). Cook time varies depending on the size of the hotdog and whether it is in a frozen or thawed state. Bun cabinet holds 28-30 buns (overfilling the bun cabinet could result in making the buns soggy). . Tempered glass, rotisserie, juice tray all disassemble easily for cleaning. No tools are required.
