A multi-position back pad adjusts for incline, decline and flat chest press exercises. The sliding seat track adjusts and securely locks into position, properly placing the user in the correct seating posture for bicep preacher curls and military press shoulder exercises. The large diameter Akimbo style crutches have four press positions and two squat positions. There's an adjustable preacher curl pad and bicep bar for bicep curls and the total leg developer targets quads, hamstrings and glutes.
