You will receive one 7.5 - 8.5 lb. Spiral Sliced City Ham and one 10-12 lb. Smoked Turkey. The City Ham is slowly cooked by our 24-hour method and spiral sliced. We will include our special mixture of honey glaze and instructions. It's simple, delicious, and and easy to prepare. Be creative and add some of your own items (i.e. cloves, pineapples, etc.) to create a main course unique only to your kitchen. Our Smokemaster uses his curing, smoking and cooking skills to create a mouth watering, sweet Smoked Turkey. They have just the right amount of natural hickory smoked flavor to encourage you to come back for more. They are easy to serve either hot or cold.
