The only sandwich unit with an insulated cover to keep pans cooler! True's Sandwich/Salad Prep Unit holds full to one-ninth size pans, giving a flexible pan capacity to your establishment. This environmentally-friendly (134A) refrigeration system's airflow is directed at pans for colder temperatures. Guided airflow provides uniform temperature in a 360° circle throughout the cabinet for stay-fresh meats and cheeses, and colder, crisper salads. The stainless steel, foam-insulated cover keeps pans colder to lock in freshness and minimizes condensation. Also included is an extra-wide 11-3/4" full length removable polyethylene plastic cutting board. The back hood and lid are also removable. The sandwich unit holds 33°F to 41°F product temperature in pans and features an all stainless steel front, top and sides with an aluminum-finished back. The attractive interior is made of white vinyl-coated aluminum, coved corners and stainless steel floor. The unit comes with adjustable, vinyl-coated wire shelves and foamed-in-place polyurethane high-density cell insulation (CFC free). The door swings within cabinet dimensions.
