BioZap Air Purifier & Deodorizer utilizes the unique powers of Australian Tea Tree Oil. It's virtually odorless vapors permeate indoor air and into porous materials. BioZap is particularly effective on mold. Mold spores float in the air and settle on surfaces but are invisible until they build up as a large growth. When the molds munch on cellulose and organic matter, they emit alcohols and aldehydes detectable as a "musty smell," which gives them away. The moldy, musty smell is the first warning sign of growing molds. By opening a jar of BioZap and place it in the affected room it will gently release vapors of the essential oil into the air. They will not only "scrub the air" of the odors but will also make the air "smell much cleaner". Use BioZap for spaces prone to high humidity, molds and mildew, such as: basements, crawlspaces, bathrooms and inside boats and ships with little air flow. Gyms, lockers, cars, RVs, trailers, hotel and motel rooms, schools, and living spaces during periods of muggy weather. Heating, ventilation and A/C systems Deodorize smelly furniture, clothing, and books: Normally, these items have to be discarded but BioZap has proved successful in salvaging them. Place the affected items in a smaller dry room like a garage or a tent and spread them out or hang them up to allow access of air. Use several jars of BioZap Air Purifier and a fan to blow the vapors over the items. COVERAGE: 800 sq. ft. per jar (light odor). For stronger odors, use two or more jars in affected room. SHELF-LIFE: 1-Year (unopened) STORAGE: Store in a cool place and out of direct sunlight. During warm or prolonged storage, the gel may liquefy but this does not change its effectiveness. If needed, the gel can be partially restored by cooling the jar in a refrigerator.
