Driftwood Weathering Wood Finish is a very quick and simple way to create a beautiful driftwood weathered wood finish appearance to bare or stripped and untreated wood furniture. Achieve that high end driftwood weathered wood look on furniture without the messy, time-consuming and costly faux paint techniques. Instructions: Mix 1 packet with 1 Cup of water and apply to bare, unfinished wood. Application is quick and easy with results usually within 10-15 minutes. Driftwood 2-Pak contains 4 packets - each packet will cover 25-35 sq. ft Driftwood Weathering Wood Finish can also be used on any furniture refinishing project - just strip and sand before applying. What to Expect: Most woods will take on a bluish gray color - some darker than others. Try the product on an inconspicuous area first. You may darken the color with a 2nd coat or lighten it by diluting the solution with more water. Pine, birch and poplar will be lighter while oak, maple, cedar, walnut and mahogany will be medium to dark. Will NOT work on particle board and not recommended for use on balsa, parawood, bamboo, rubberwood or Malaysian oak. CAUTION: Product stains skin and clothing. Avoid inhalation of powder. Clean up: Clean up is simple with just soap and water. Leftover product can be saved for up to 3 months in an airtight non-metal container. Product will settle and will need to be stirred before use.
