J-B Weld Wood Restore Liquid Hardener

J-B Wood Restore Liquid Hardener is a quick drying liquid for sealing and reinforcing decayed or rotted wood; for reducing moisture in decaying or rotted wood surfaces, prior to putty filling. The special liquid formula penetrates the wood to reinforce the fibers stopping further decay and providing a solid base for J-B Wood Filler Compound.

Instructions

1. Surface Preparation: Completely remove decayed, very soft or loose wood. Make sure that wood is dry, and cleaned of dust, oil, or loose paint.

2. Shake can well and apply with disposable brush. Do not thin.

3. Completely saturate the softened wood. For extra strength apply several coats until a shiny surface appears.

4. Allow 2 to 4 hours to harden before filling. After using the wood filler sand, paint or stain to complete the project.
