The flavor of juicy salt pork combines with a sauce made from a centuries-old recipe and slowly penetrates the beans as they reach a golden brown. The beans are sealed in tins or glass pots to hold their freshness and flavor until the container is opened. We slow bake our beans in old fashioned brick ovens, the traditional new England way. Each pot is had stirred in thick, rich sauce for that great homemade taste.
