The four extendable sections can be locked into place using a simple twist-lock mechanism. A wristband at the top of the monopod can also be used for carrying it around as well as providing extra stability when taking photos or video. The other end sports a reversible screw mount, with one side threaded for 1/4"x20 for direct camera or accessory mounting.
