If you're like most of us, there are days when you need to ride, but the weather just isn't cooperating. So if you're in need of an effective way to train indoors, the CycleOps Mag+ Trainer with Adjuster gives you five different resistance settings, which you can adjust on the fly with a handlebar mounted remote. The smooth magnetic action offers linear resistance, so whether you're trying to replicate a mellow cruise, or a brutal mountain pass, you're set. It won't make spring come any sooner, but at least it'll make the wait a little bit less painful. The classic series Mag frame supports the magnetic flywheel from which the Mag+ derives its name. It provides linear resistance, or in other words, unlike a fluid trainer, the resistance doesn't increase as your wheel travels faster. The Mag+ gives you the option of five levels of resistance, which means that you can go between low-impact base miles and high intensity training without an issue. Best of all, since there's a handlebar mounted remote, you won't have to dismount your bike to make the switch, which is particularly important if you're doing interval training. The CycleOps Mag+ Trainer with Adjuster is available in one size, and in one color.
