Upgrade your current audio system while maintaining the integrity of your BMW. This is an OE aftermarket navigation radio designed and fitted perfectly for your BMW designed to avoid any need to modify the current dash. Please note that this radio is intended to upgrade base model only. Therefore, if you currently have factory navigation (FN) or premium sound (PS) this unit will not be a "DPAP" (direct plug and play ) install. Fortunately, factory navigation owners are not left behind stuck with their factory BMW radio. For "FN" owners to install radio as "DPAP", you will need an additional harness, called the fakra harness. The fakra harness is designed for a DPAP install and retains same features as the original harness such as steering wheel controls and door chime. Due to the limited space behind BMW's "FN" radio, FN owners will find that all their plugs and harness are located in the rear trunk. We guarantee a 100% DPAP compatible for the listed USA/EUROPE BMW model vehicles. All harnesses, wires, and cables (including GPS antenna) are included for proper installation. A few of the D99+ "standard" (you won't find these options at the dealer) features such as, but not limited to: AM/FM Tuner, CD/DVD player, SD Card port, AUX port, Bluetooth, and GPS Navigation have been tuned and perfected. We have also replaced the entire Bluetooth module for D99+ model radio with Parrot Bluetooth. This model radio will support any GPS navigation software that is compatible with Windows CE OS.
