The bottom 2 areas can be 2 more additional categories for the upper columns or use as an area to put notes or tasks waiting to be assigned.

You can further customize and break down tasks by assigning different colored sticky-notes to specify different meanings. (Example - yellow notes for phone calls, orange notes for computer-related tasks, green notes for errands, hot pink notes for the urgent items, blue notes for delegated tasks etc. The possibilities are endless.

The special surface on the planner allows sticky-notes to stay put with zero risk of falling off. Reposition stickies as many times as you want - they do not lose their "stick.".
