With 1/3 HP 110 Volt motor, the 15 - 232 M1 provides a 3450 RPM grinder speed to handle just about any metal grinding application and a 4900 FPM belt speed for sanding both hard and soft woods, and is supplied with a 60 grit sanding belt and a 60 grit grinding wheel for general purpose shop use. Featuring a quick change belt tension lever for fast belt changes, the belt sander can be tilted from horizontal to vertical and can be locked in place for operation at any angle in between.
