This herb mixture is suitable for Kookoo recipe. Just soak in water and it's ready to go. Serves 4-6 persons. Direction: * Kookoo Herbs (1 Can) * Chopped Onions (1/2 Cup) * Oil (1/2 Cup) * 6 Medium Eggs or 12 Eggs' Whites * Salt and Pepper Place a sieve in a large bowl, fill with warm water, add the dried herbs to the sieve, and soak for 10 minutes. Remove and drain excess water. In a large mixxing bowlcombine the herbs, eggs or eggs' whites, and chopped onions. Season withsalt and pepper as desired. Heat oil in a frying pan, add prepared mix and cook for 15 minutes on each side, or until done. Serves 4-6 persons. Ingredients: Leek, Parsley, Fenugreek
