Use it to guide fabric under the foot of your sewing machine. Applique quilt makers find it handy for turning under edges. Its 3 1/2 inches long when closed and has a ring so you can wear it on a chain or ribbon. While the stiletto can be used to rip finer seams, it is not an actual "seam ripper."
