3M(TM) VHB(TM) Tape 4991 is a 90 mil thick conformable double sided foam tape. This tape features a versitile multi-purpose acrylic adhesive that is suitable for bonding onto high and medium surface energy materials while providing the added benefit of plasticizer migration resistance in vinyl substrates.
