Cool Bond PSA-3NC is designed for thermal transfer of memory, power devices and modules to heat sinks. Cool Bond is non curing, allowing for the easy removal of the heat sink for testing or upgrades. Instant bond strength of over 30 psi is achieved upon pressing the parts together with less than 10 psi. It utilizes super fine alumina crystallite filled pressure sensitive interface film that provides instant bonding and thermal transfer Cool Bond PSA-3NC has a high thermal conductivity and a low Tg that imposes minimum thermal stress on bonded parts during thermal cycling or shock testing. Cool Bond measures 1.5 x 4.5 inches and can be cut before application to accommodate all RAM sizes. Unlike adhesive thermal pastes, Cool Bond PSA-3NC does not require measuring, mixing or smoothing.
