The most revered and coveted dry aged ham in the world. Produced from free roaming Iberico pigs indigenous to the Iberian peninsula in Spain. Popularly known as Pata Negra, or Black Hoof, these pigs feed exclusively on fallen acorns (called bellota) for three months prior to slaughter. The resulting meat is rich in high levels of flavorful, natural fats, and healthy oleic acid, for which this pig has gained international notoriety. The bone has been removed in this product, giving you the maximum of product and ease of carving. Air-cured for 28-36 months. Pre-sliced and packaged for your convenience!
