Our zabuton is filled with natural kapok. The kapok is packed to provide solid support, and yet is soft and comfort. The outer cover is made of cotton twill fabric and has a zipper along one length so that it can be easily removed and washed. Inside the cover, the kapok is enclosed in a casing. Each zabuton is approximately 33" long by 30" wide and fits people 5' 11" to 6' tall. Made in USA.
